1st Maker Space is offering a Prusa i3 Mk2 3D Printer Kit at no charge, value $250, to an Indiana Educator who can best describe, in 200 words or less, how they will make use of the printer in their K8 classroom to promote creativity and problem solving. If you would like help assembling your kit, you will also receive, at no charge, a 6 hr day of professional development during which you can share with other educators the joy of building a 3D printer from scratch! Our ‘Build a 3D Printer from Scratch’ PD training events are being scheduled all over the state so stay tuned for a date/location convenient to you.
