WhatThe Biology Summer Institute brings Indiana high school biology teachers to the Indiana University Bloomington campus to work in cutting-edge research laboratories in the Department of Biology.  During this week-long program, biology faculty provide an introduction to their research and collaborate with teachers to develop innovative experiments and lessons that the teachers can bring back to their high school classrooms.

Potential disciplines include: Molecular and Cellular Biology, Evolution and Genetics, Behavior and Development, and Microbial Responses and Metabolism.
